BIRTHDAY: June15, 1970
AGE: 54
OCCUPATION: Motivational Speaker and School Owner
COMPANY: Creative House, Inc.

Bro. Arun Gogna started his ministry journey in a Parish Charismatic Community where he served as a core leader.

He met Bro. Bo Sanchez in many occasions as a co-speaker. And through that, their friendship grew. In 2009, Bro. Bo then invited Bro. Arun to start a Feast in the Alabang area.

Bro. Arun relates: “The Feast Alabang started in June 2009. Then in 2010, we opened our own Feast Center at the Festival Mall in Alabang.”

Beginnings

Starting in June 2009, then opening its Feast Center at the Festival Mall in Alabang, Feast Alabang would then expand as the Feast Alabang District with Bro. Arun as the District Builder, and ably supported by his devoted wife, Sis. Lallaine.

He relates: “We organized the top leaders from the Light of Jesus Family chapters of Alabang, Parañaque, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, and Laguna.”

Then followed the formation of the servant leaders and their teams in Finance, Discipleship, Production, and Marketing.

Bro. Arun adds: “We held a Jericho Pray-Over* of the leaders on top of a building, praying over the surrounding towns of Feast Alabang’s jurisdiction.” It was not easy.

“Our primary problem was our venue,” Bro. Arun points out. “We started our first Feast in a cinema with 423 seating capacity. Wehad 400 in attendance. And the succeeding Feasts got bigger and bigger until we reached 800.

So, we needed to look for a bigger venue or open another Feast session in the same venue.”

*In the Old Testament, in Genesis, among the Israelites in Jerusalem, Abraham was the most faithful. So, God promised He would make him the father of nations and give him an exclusive land for his clan. From Abraham’s son Isaac came Jacob, who had 12 children. And among them, Jacob’s favorite was Joseph, who had God-given visionary dreams. One dream, which he told his brothers, was that someday, they would bow down to him. They hated him and sold him into slavery in Egypt where Joseph rose to power as governor, preparing the nation for an impending famine by stockpiling food reserves.

A severe drought and famine hit Jerusalem so Jacob and his sons fled to Egypt (Genesis 37), and as Joseph dreamed, his brothers bowed to him as they were accommodated in Egypt and received portions of its food reserves. Years passed, after Joseph’s death, the succeeding Pharaoh, fearing the Israelites’ growing numbers and potential power, enslaved them, and they remained so for 400 years.

Then, God chose Moses to lead the Israelites out of Egypt to fulfill His promise to Abraham that they would dwell in Canaan, the Promised Land (Exodus 3 to 14).

To get to Canaan, one of the cities the Israelites had to pass was Jericho, but it was surrounded by tall walls. God instructed them to march around the city for six days, and on the seventh day, the walls would fall. Led by Joshua, the Israelites marched around the city, the walls fell, and they won a battle against Jericho’s warriors (Joshua 6). So, eventually, the Israelites were able to enter Canaan (Now the modern state of Israel, the West Bank/Gaza Strip, and parts of Lebanon and Syria).

The Jericho March thus has evolved into the Jericho Prayer-Over, prayed by those who hope to succeed in difficult situations– like building The Feast Alabang District.

Divine Grace

By God’s grace, The Feast Alabang flourished with faith- deepening blessings, clockwise, from above: Bro. Arun sharing enlightening talk on spiritual growth and practical Christian living; enjoying fellowship with members after the talks; learning leadership with fellow Feast Builders.

The Feast counts major accomplishments.

For spiritual growth of members, Feast Alabang started a Holy Week Recollection (Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday) in 2011. At right, the Council and District Leaders with Bro. Arun.

One success was building one more Feast– The Feast Tunasan in Muntinlupa, opened in 2024.

Another, this 2025, is opening the Feast Alabang Center in Alabang.

A fun event was a Sportsfest Districtwide and Regional in 2023.
