Jon has been part of the Light Of Jesus Family (LOJF) since 1997 when he and Maricar first attended the community's prayer meeting in Diliman Chapter, Quezon City. He eventually became the Head Servant for Diliman Chapter in Y2007. He then served as Head for Admin & Finance of Feast Quezon City when it was launched in Y2009 and later on served as Head for Discipleship until Y2014 when he transferred to Feast Valle Verde. In Y2019, he was called to serve as Connect Pillar in Feast Valle Verde and also was assigned as Discipleship Coordinator for Feast Ortigas District. In Jan 2025, he was installed by Bro Obet Cabtillas as Builder for The Feast Timog upon the retirement of Bro. Bimbo Leonardo (✞).

Jon's professional background is in the field of projects and engineering management, particularly to telecommunication infrastructures and data centers. His career in corporate led him to executive leadership roles. Keeping with the call to be bi-vocational, Jon now takes on consultancy engagements and is also into small real estate and trading undertakings.
