Brother Oscar leads Feast Bogo R&F. He has been serving as Worship Minister, Musical team head, and mentor to young men in various Catholic Charismatic Communities in the Visayas. A topnotch musician-drummer and recording artist, he continues to serve the Lord with his time, talent and treasure.
