Alvin Barcelona is the District Feast Builder of the Feast Bay Area and the Main Preacher for the afternoon sessions (1:15 and 3:45) held every Sunday at PICC, Plenary Hall, Manila. He is also the President-Founder of Barcelona Academy located in Marilao, Bulacan. He is national and international motivational and inspirational speaker to schools, companies, and church communities. He was also World Bank Consultant for the Integrity Management Program under the Office of the President.
